Welcome to Jani Recovery Services. By using our vehicle recovery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Services Provided

Jani Recovery Services provides vehicle recovery, towing, and roadside assistance across North & West London, including motorway services (M1, M25, A1, etc.).

Roadside recovery

Vehicle towing

Jumpstarts and battery assistance

Local vehicle transport

All services are performed to industry best practices with care and professionalism.
2. Job Acceptance and Scheduling

Jobs are accepted subject to availability.

Estimated arrival times are provided but may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide accurate location and vehicle details. Failure to do so may delay the job.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless a deposit has been requested.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, card, or cash.

Prices are based on:

Call-out fee
-
Mileage (charged per mile beyond included distance)
-
Any additional services requested on-site (e.g., jumpstart, extra towing)

4. Deposits

Certain jobs may require a deposit to secure the booking.

Deposits are non-refundable if the job is canceled by the customer, except in exceptional circumstances or if the service cannot be provided by Jani Recovery Services.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled booking at the operator’s discretion.
5. Cancellations

Customers may cancel at any time before the operator arrives at the location.

If cancellation occurs after the operator is en route, a call-out fee may apply, which may include part or all of the deposit.

No-shows are treated as canceled jobs; any deposit may be forfeited.
6. Liability
-
Jani Recovery Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles; pictures of the vehicle will be taken before the job has started, and after the job is completed.

Reasonable care is taken during recovery, but the company cannot be held liable for unavoidable damage during transport or roadside assistance.

Customers are responsible for removing valuables from their vehicle before recovery.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate location, vehicle details, and access for safe recovery.

Ensure the vehicle is in a recoverable condition (e.g., brakes functional, wheels accessible).

Follow operator instructions during recovery to ensure safety.
8. Rescheduling
-
Customers may request to reschedule jobs, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability, and deposits may be transferred at the operator’s discretion.
9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If a customer is dissatisfied, please contact Jani Recovery Services immediately.

Complaints will be addressed professionally and in good faith.
10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We aim to resolve all issues directly. In the unlikely event of a formal dispute, UK law will apply.
11. Amendments

Jani Recovery Services may update these terms periodically.

The latest version will always be available on our website.
